Spongie is your Girlfriend Guide for this event and she always makes sure everyone is safe and has lots of fun! 

The Ice Den caters to beginner and advanced skaters. For those of you who have never skated, "trainers" (something to keep you steady on the ice!) are available for rent to assist you on the ice. They are a great training aid for novice skaters who are just learning or are a little unsteady.

We were advised that Friday was a great day to bring our group as the kiddies are in school and it is their slowest day so we will have plenty of room to move about.

After we burn off some of those holiday calories, we can enjoy lunch and share a few laughs over the morning experience.
