Gina will show us how to cook healthy and will be furnishing all of the food for dinner on Friday and Saturday (chicken and salmon) and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.  We can all help cook as well.  If you have special food requirements, please let us know asap.  

Saturday we can go into Flagstaff and explore town, have lunch, etc.  Please feel free to bring your own snacks and favorite things to drink (wine, booze, soda, etc.).  

We can drive up in carpools to make it easier and share the price of gas.
