You asked for it and we've scheduled it - your Bucket List Adventure for February is Go-Kart Racing. Let's see which Wild Boomer Women is the best racer of us all.
We need a minimum of 8 to get reserved seating and reserved racing time. We will meet at noon and can have some lunch in their restaurant, then the races begin. Each person gets 2 races of 12 minutes (about 13 -15 laps). There are 24 minutes between races.
If you don't want to race, you can still join us and cheer us on, but we must get 8 reserved and paid by Saturday 2/18 to get the seats.

Our two quarter mile indoor kart racing tracks offer challenging switchbacks and straight-aways to get your adrenaline pumping, as you speed at OVER 45 MPH for 12 to 16 heart pounding laps. Octane Raceway’s state of the art timing system will place your scores on the TV's surrounding the track as well as print out all of your results including finishing place, best lap, average lap, and more. When your race is done, compare times to see who earned bragging rights!
Public kart racing at Octane Raceway is Fastest Lap Format, where drivers get in the karts in a random order and are racing in a timed session. The driver with the best lap wins the race. Other race formats available for group events include Pole Position, Endurance Race, and Elimination Race.
